Are you are applying for a visa to enter into a foreign country?   then you may need to meet certain medical requirements.  You will probably have some form of visa medical requirements sent from the embassy.  Every country is different but we can complete all of the necessary forms and assist you in getting your visa.  It does help if you can email/send in a copy of the form and requirements before your appointment.  Photo ID such as your passport will be needed to support your application.
