Medical Assessment £65

 

The medical takes around 20 minutes.  If you wear glasses please bring these with you, together with any optician’s report that you may have. The form is completed  by the Doctor and ready to take away for you to send to the DVLA. Please bring Photo Identification and a list of any medications that you are taking.
