Booking Policy
To book an appointment for a service or test a patient can do either one of the following;
- Call the practice on 0121 454 9535 and book and pay a booking fee over the phone.
- Request an appointment online and one of our team will contact you to arrange an appointment and take payment for a deposit over the phone.
- Book online directly and pay a deposit / full fee to secure your booking.
Refund Policy
If a service or appointment is cancelled 48 hours prior to the appointment, then the patient is entitled to a full refund. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time are not refundable.
With respect to requesting a refund for a service after it has been carried out then we ask you to put the complaint in writing to the practice manager as per our complaints procedure.
